Valtech designed a federated architecture and re-engineered the complete application to support the entire after sales process including service management, appointment, spare parts & warehouse management and warranty management. The smart client design pattern improved application responsiveness and brought in greater efficiency through its auto-update feature. Complete revamp of the UI design simplified user navigation and user interface touch-points.
Remarkable performance improvements helped extend the application footprint to the entire dealership network (across 25 service centers) and improved usability, reduced processing time of service requests and improved productivity. In addition to core functions, Valtech also developed an add-on module for service appointment & scheduling, boosting the service center performance & service levels.
